The weather warmed and I couldn't help but go for an outdoor run after work. So glad I did, the experience was incredible and just what I needed.

I prefer evening runs. Being able to catch sunsets? Just an added bonus.

Was not prepared for all the muddy icy trails and wore the wrong shoes. LOL. I was so happy to have warm weather again.

I probably pushed myself too hard so tonight is short and I'm going to rest.

But it was worth it.
